Senior Regional Sales Manager (Hanoi) - FMCG

Job summary

Adecco's client is a leading FMCG company in the food industry of Vietnam and looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a hands-on, STRONG, and DECISIVE execution style
• Maintain steady thinking and pursue goals to the end
• Have deep insights into customer behavior and changing trends (especially in retailers) – particularly digital transformation
• Always have a solution-oriented mindset when facing challenges and seize market opportunities
• Possess the ability to plan in detail for each employee on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and manage, supervise, and push for the achievement of goals
• Have the ability to train personnel and foster a high level of teamwork spirit
• Be well-acquainted with and maintain strong relationships with Distributors / Agents and VIP Retailers
• Be ready to relocate or rotate areas as required by the company’s Board of Directors
• Be ready to take on new tasks with a flexible mindset aligned with the company’s/corporation’s orientations
• Report directly to the Sales Director of CRM: establish evaluation metrics and manage customer data, providing advice to related departments to allocate investment resources appropriately, aiming for company growth above market standards.

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Head of Sales / Sales Director / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager positions in the FMCG industry, priority given to dry food

Education requirements

• Have Credibility and Certificates - Certificates of Merit from the Organization the candidate have worked for - Prove when interviewing.
• Understand customer information such as Distributors/Agents... Prove when interviewing.
• Need to prepare a Plan to present in the second round of interviewing.
