Adecco's client - A global leading Packaging and Labelling company is seeking for Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer requirements.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of potential supply chain disruptions and opportunities.
• Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and reduce waste.

Experience requirements

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role, preferably in the packaging and labeling industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
