Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and execute service sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market gaps and drive expansion into new service opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions on service-related agreements and offerings.
- Define pricing structures that balance competitiveness and profitability.
🔹 Client Solutions & Relationship Management
- Deliver customized service solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Maintain strong rapport with existing clients and foster new partnerships.
- Engage proactively with clients to assess and respond to service needs.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure service alignment and satisfaction.
🔹 Project Performance & Financial Oversight
- Track service project financials and operational performance.
- Coordinate execution timelines and resource planning.
- Ensure service delivery meets both contractual terms and internal standards.
🔹 Cross-functional Alignment
- Partner with internal commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using CRM and analytics tools.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 7 years in B2B service sales or technical business development.
- Industry background: Strong exposure to industrial systems or equipment is an advantage.
- Leadership: Experience managing sales teams or cross-functional projects.
- Skills: Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and client management.
- Language: Proficient in English, especially in technical/business contexts.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Education requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
