Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Sales & Business Development

  • Shape and execute service sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market gaps and drive expansion into new service opportunities.
  • Lead commercial discussions on service-related agreements and offerings.
  • Define pricing structures that balance competitiveness and profitability.

🔹 Client Solutions & Relationship Management

  • Deliver customized service solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Maintain strong rapport with existing clients and foster new partnerships.
  • Engage proactively with clients to assess and respond to service needs.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure service alignment and satisfaction.

🔹 Project Performance & Financial Oversight

  • Track service project financials and operational performance.
  • Coordinate execution timelines and resource planning.
  • Ensure service delivery meets both contractual terms and internal standards.

🔹 Cross-functional Alignment

  • Partner with internal commercial, technical, and operational teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory frameworks.


Experience requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: At least 7 years in B2B service sales or technical business development.
  • Industry background: Strong exposure to industrial systems or equipment is an advantage.
  • Leadership: Experience managing sales teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and client management.
  • Language: Proficient in English, especially in technical/business contexts.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.


Education requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
