Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Retail Training Manager/Country Trainer and Store Manager to assess skills gaps and training needs based on business requirements and personnel evaluations.
  • Develop a structured training plan, organizing and conducting in-person training and coaching sessions for store staff.
  • Coordinate with the central digital learning team to assign and track digital training progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Retail Training Manager/Country Trainer and Store Manager on training activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor the overall store training plan, key performance indicators (KPIs), training effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Foster a self-learning culture among store personnel, integrating continuous learning into daily operations.
  • Design and implement store-level training initiatives by leveraging Global Retail Training resources, including content, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the development of innovative training solutions to enhance learning experiences.
  • Build strong working relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably including retail shop floor management.
  • Previous experience in roles with a strong focus on training and development.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering presentations and developing people.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and leverage digital learning tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a high level of teamwork competency.
