Job summary

Our client, an international sourcing office, is looking for Supplier Quality Engineer role to join their dynamic quality team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to discuss, develop, and update product specification requirements and qualification programs.
  • Ensure that all vendors and third-party testing or inspection agencies fully understand and implement quality procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion in alignment with CPA schedules and on-time, in-full (OTIF) shipments.
  • Assess new products to verify compliance with legal standards, internal requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities related to new product development, working alongside multiple departments.
  • Communicate with vendors and third-party labs to complete and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Establish appropriate control plans and lead on-site quality assurance and production testing during pilot runs and mass manufacturing.
  • Investigate customer complaints, determine technical root causes, and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective measures.


Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering, with proven expertise in managing and collaborating with manufacturing suppliers.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with European quality standards, testing protocols, and regulatory directives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to prepare clear, detailed reports.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, in speaking and writing, is essential.
  • Demonstrated strength in time management and project coordination, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
