Supply Chain Analytics Team Leader

Job summary

Our client is a global leader in furniture manufacturing and retailer.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance supply chain performance by utilizing enterprise-wide data resources.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems.
• Lead AI and machine learning initiatives focused on supply chain forecasting, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define critical performance indicators and align analytical priorities with business objectives.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Blockchain to improve supply chain transparency and operational efficiency.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor or above regarding Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in supply chain analytics, data science, or business intelligence is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with hands-on experience in cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Extensive experience handling large-scale enterprise data warehouses and working with business intelligence systems.
• A strong track record in leading enterprise-wide data quality and governance initiatives.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a strategic mindset, capable of influencing senior executives and key decision-makers.

Education requirements

• Bachelor or above regarding Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related discipline is required.
