A leading consumer multinational company based in Hanoi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Deputy Manager Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide strategic talent advice, and ensure recruitment efforts align with overall business goals.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies that align with talent acquisition objectives, aiming to attract diverse, top-tier candidates across multiple industries and experience levels.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners—including professional associations, online communities, and event organizers—to strengthen talent pipelines through strategic brand visibility.
- Act as a company ambassador at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, leveraging impactful branded content to highlight the organization’s culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to design and implement competency-based interview frameworks that support recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and partner with HR and business leaders to define role-specific competencies and skill requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of competency-driven initiatives.
Experience requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment operations, employer branding, or project management.
- Experience in developing and implementing competency-based frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management capabilities, including effective handling of timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Education requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
