Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues (Office system & network, NCC, POS etc.)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem; provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers; follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, onsite (internal or external of Hanoi) until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Log & track issues properly, within agreed time limits
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. regional support team, local team)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals/instructions.
