Job summary

The Tele Lead Generator (TLG), Vietnam is responsible for driving company tele lead

generation activities to accelerate incremental revenue growth in Vietnam. Through executing

standard work for tele lead generation, the TLG pursues specific goals in

telemarketing through executing standard work and ensuring all dials, calls leads,

opportunities are recorded in Salesforce system, carrying out database qualification,

marketing lead validation and telephone based lead generation campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Outbound Tele Lead Generation (TLG) including Database cleansing (80%)
    • Execute tele lead gen campaigns as part of Vertical Market Penetration efforts, new product launch support, and other commercial activities
      • Navigate to decision maker within a site/ company that is responsible for coding and marking
      • Conduct number of dials and calls at or above daily target
      • Generate sales ready leads at or above target
    • Execute established data maintenance process to improve and refresh the database
      • Contact to customers/prospects/suspects
      • Identify / reconfirm key contacts for a given site
      • Qualify suspects procured from third parties (acquired lists)
      • Ensure accurate data entry for all Prospect / Customer contact information in SFDC
      • Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on quality of telephone script and potential improvements to increase conversion
  • Conduct Inbound TLG qualification to qualify all leads assigned from Digital Marketing efforts (SEO,PPC, eMail, other) for Vietnam (10%)
    • Execute against established processes and call scripts to qualify if it’s a Sales Ready Lead before passing it on to the Distributors’ for follow up
  • Manage and execute the Sales Ready Leads Closed Loop Tracking Process with Distributors’ (10%)
    • Assign Sales Ready Leads to distributors, conducting review calls and followup activities with Distributors till the sales ready leads are closed and promptly input/update data into
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Marketing manager

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 1 year telemarketing experience, ideally within a B2B business.
  • Positive - unfazed by phone rejection / hang-ups, Proactive, able to multi-task, well organized with an eye for details.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English and strong interpersonal and communication skills:
    • Able to politely and thoughtfully navigate to key decision makers and influencers of coding and marking purchases
    • Quick on his/her feet – able to ask thoughtful questions, able to respond to objections and identify ways for company to gain access to site / contact
    • Able to go “off script” as necessary based upon direction of phone conversation yet remains focused on qualifying individual
    • “Professionally social” – enjoys speaking on the phone with prospects and customers; demonstrates natural yet professional phone approach; able to build rapport during phone conversation
  • Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Education requirements

  • Diploma or degree.
  • A technical or business qualification is desirable.
