Adecco's client - A leading Europe Printing and Labelling Company is seeking for talented QC Executive

Job Responsibilities

The QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products through meticulous inspection and testing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and quality control activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the quality control process.
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Experience requirements

• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
