Job Responsibilities

Company Compensation Policy:

  • Setting up, restructuring, reviewing, benchmarking and optimizing compensation policy of the Group in order to improve employee performance and productivity.
  • Designing the pay structure and pay strategy for the organization aligned with the corporate culture and values.
  • To manage salary surveys and benchmark salary policies with the market.
  • To prepare and implement the yearly salary review
  • To update and manage all data in the C&B system.

Company Benefits Policy:

  • Supporting HR Director to propose Benefits Policy Strategy.
  • Improving the Social Policy and providing competitive reward packages, in line with current market practices
  • Implementing the employee benefits programs.

Communication and Management

  • To supervise Senior HR Assistant/ Outsourced/ 3rd party
  • Lead different HR projects besides C&B projects
  • Be in charge of communication with employees about C&B Policies and Program

Experience requirements

  • Education: BA degree, major in HR/Administration/ Economy, Foreign Trade…
  • Having at least 4 -7 years at managerial level at global/multinational companies (Big 4 company is a preference)
  • Positive communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • High sense of autonomy and responsibility
  • Excellent English (both speaking and writing);
