Job summary

Our client , a leading in technology and services, is looking for a Total Reward Manager based in Ho Chi Minh city

Job Responsibilities

Country HR policies & process standards:

  • Responsible for developing, upgrading and harmonizing country HR policies & processes
  • Lead the continuous improvement of HR policies & processes
  • Involve in handling employee escalation regarding HR policies & guidelines at country level, perform investigations and reports, assisting management to resolve grievances, implementing employee/ labor relations
  • In charge of company guidelines: Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, other employment-related documents 

Country Total Rewards:

  • Responsible for development total reward strategy to ensure market competitiveness and healthy retention rate for the company
  • In charge of C&B topics for senior management level (target salary band, annual salary review, performance bonus) following corporate guideline and market best practice
  • Country process expert to provide consultancy to business stakeholder and HRBP on total reward topics
  • In charge of benefit programs at country level 

Country HR projects:

  • Take lead on country HR projects: HRIT, HR transformation, innovation, audit, retention…
  • Other ad-hoc topics as assigned by Head of HR


Experience requirements

  • At least 8 years working experience in HR, specific in compensation & benefit, total reward areas
  • Strong expertise of compensation & benefit management, developing total reward strategy 
  • Good understanding global trends and best practices in Vietnam market about total reward 
  • Strong communication, cooperation and leadership, able to lead total reward topics in alignment with stakeholders and HR colleagues nationwide
  • Good at conflict management skills, project management
  • Open mindset, continuous improvement mindset


Education requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
