University Admissions Consultant - Hanoi

Job summary

Adecco's client , a well-known International Institution in Vietnam is looking for University Admissions Consultant to deliver exceptional and proactive support to recruitment of new students for English, Higher Education, and Post Graduate programs at the university.

Job Responsibilities

Student Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract prospective students to our programs.
• Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote our offerings.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with high schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Act as a liaison to provide insights and updates to prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.

Consultation and Guidance:

• Offer personalized consultations to prospective students, providing detailed information about academic programs, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
• Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze recruitment trends, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Prepare regular reports to track progress against recruitment targets and objectives.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals.
• Participate in developing marketing materials and campaigns to support recruitment initiatives.

Experience requirements

• At least 02 years of proven consultant/sales/customer service experience, in which at least 1 year in the education sector, preferably relating to international higher education or a proven track record of relevant work experiences demonstrating student recruitment ability.

Education requirements

• Education background from international universities in Vietnam or oversea universities is an advantage.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Foreign Languages, or a relevant field
