Job Responsibilities

The inflight operations for airlines around the world are fragmented, so does the challenge for cabin crews, understanding the specific needs of cabin crews from different airlines thus become far more challenging. The role of user experience researcher becomes significantly important to help us understand how cabin crews from different airlines operate onboard, what are their most painful issues, how we can design products to solve their problems and make their life easier and better on the ground and in the sky. As a highly data driven company, all insights need to be translated into compelling data, the candidates will collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand research needs and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including data scientists, engineering, and partner service managers to probe deeper insights.

Experience requirements

·      Past experience with survey-type research and has adequate understanding on how to translate workflow and operational needs into product features.

·      Work experience as an airline cabin crew

·      Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic, data-driven, and creative environment

·      Excellent written and oral English skills

·      Skills to communicate with maturity and clarity, you are an excellent communicator
