Job Responsibilities

1/ Recruitment & Employer Branding (70%)

  • Partner with Local and Regional TA Leads, Functional TA PICs to build recruitment plans, manage end-to-end recruitment process and hiring reporting.
  • You will partner with collaborator teams, such as employer branding and recruitment marketing, Talent Sourcing team, to enable hiring strategy and plan to achieve functional hiring goals.
  • Provide talent advisory to hiring managers and hiring teams, manage expectations and provide advisory and solutions to hiring team in different circumstances.
  • Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to guarantee a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide inputs on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
  • Execute and support the Employer's Branding plans, including and not limited to the Internship program and the Recruitment Campus.

2/ Other tasks (30%)

  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a cohesive and positive work environment.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Assist in Learning & Development programs to support employee growth and development 

Experience requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience with full cycle recruiting to project management from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process including offer management.
  • Experience understanding data, identifying patterns, providing insights, and formulating solutions with guidance to solve bottlenecks in the recruitment process with data.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and systems such as ATS and CRM with experience using new technologies such as Generative AI.
  • Build relations, interpret needs, and engage with the hiring team across all levels of the organization.
  • Having the experience of Recruitment in E-commerce or Tech Corporations is preferable.
  • Have a good understanding of offline & online Recruitment channels.
  • Having knowledge & experience in Employer Branding, Campus is preferable.
