Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • As the Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following: 
  • Identify and approach potential clients in the industrial project segment, selling company products to general contractors, M&E contractors, and investors of factories, industrial buildings, and commercial complexes.
  • Review project documents, prepare bill of quantities (BOQ), and generate quotations to send to clients.
  • Meet clients directly to discuss specific project requirements, present material samples, provide customer care, and finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with, support, and guide sales staff within the assigned region (if applicable).
  • Report directly to the CEO on business activities and propose sales strategies or business development plans.
  • (This is a project sales manager position, working independently without team management responsibilities)

Experience requirements

  • Graduated from top accredited universities majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Polytechnic, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in steel pipes or related products such as fire protection equipment, plumbing systems, construction materials, or MEP items for industrial project sectors within large corporations
  • Possess a strong customer base or well-established relationships with general contractors, investors, major design consultants, and construction units.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and/or English is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

Education requirements

Benefits:

  • Base salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience, up to 80,000,000 VND/month (Gross).
  • Sales commission: 1% of the total order value.
