Job summary

Our Client, a leading company in renewable energy based in HCMC, is looking for an Administrative Officer

This position will primarily be responsible for handling all office administrative duties in support of HR, Legal, Procurement and other departments within the company

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Management Secretary and receptionist 
  • Office Administration to support and proceed the activity of HR, Procurement General Administration, Business Process Management, Legal, IT, HSEC and Treasury
  • Document management including translation English-Vietnamese
  • Arrange accommodation, transportation, facilities advance & clearance, office and stationary
  • Perform as direct report’s instruction, follow DOA and working procedure
  • Perform as direct report’s instruction

Experience requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Business administration or related field
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in similar disciplines
  • Good command of English use, able to converse comfortably with foreigners to conduct business
  • Good service mind, have a passion in dealing with people and problem
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
  • Can be flexible to mobilize for business trips

Education requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Business administration or related field
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
  • Good command of English use, able to converse comfortably with foreigners to conduct business
