- Take overall responsibility over the costing process and methodology applied, ensuring it is in-line with Groups Accounting and Controlling Manual.
-.Share and communicate ICY prices on a timely basis
-.Maintain material master records for RM, PM and FG, including the coordination of stocktakes, updating of standard cost prices and analysis of purchase price variances.
-.Analyze Company’s overhead structure on the Operations side and suggest methods to reduce costs
-.Take the lead in the monthly closing process
-.Take the lead and ensure OTIF (on time in full) monthly financial reporting and financial analysis on GPM program for Business Unit and Group (book closing and variance analysis)
-.Plan the half-yearly forecasts and annual budget for the Company’s Operations team and for the consolidated results (IFO (Income from Operations), Sales and Production P&L).
-.Plan and prepare the forecasts of balance sheet and cash generation, analyzing results and providing insight to aid in better working capital and cashflow management.
-.Lead manager to drive and coordinate the annual budget process, ensuring that the budget is consolidated and reported to group in accordance to the budget timeline
-.Prepare the monthly latest estimate and rolling forecast
-.Update information, compare and adjust competences in order to fit the new economic skills arising in Group
-.Co-operate with external auditors in preparing the group reporting package for Business Unit and Group at the end of financial year
-.Gather, follow up and report to Department Managers about actual expenses arising monthly in Company
-.Provide accurate and appropriate financial information to relevant departments
-.Provide quality insights to aid decision making by innovating and continuously improving reporting and analysis of Operations results
-.Initiate and implement internal financial controls in the Operations area
-.Provide financial support as a business partner in the continuous improvement of operations
-.Provide financial support to global procurement and local procurement function
-.Contribute to the S&OP process through the consolidation of sales and production results, generating meaningful financial forecasts, analysis and insight
-.Ensure compliance with the financial policies in the CAPEX processes (tangible and intangible investments) and support with relevant business case preparation and analyses
-. Conduct finance training sessions for finance / non-finance colleagues
-.Take part or lead finance related projects
-.Prepare analyses and presentations for the Company’s stakeholders (Group functions, Board, Shareholder) in cooperation with and based on inputs of the Commercial Directors and General Manager
-.Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Technical/ Professional knowledge and skills
+ Knowledge: Graduate Finance/ Economic University, major in Finance/ Accounting, at least 5 yrs experience at the same position in foreign manufacturing companies. Knowledge of management control mechanism
+ Skill: Communication (both oral & written English & Vietnamese), excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP system or any other Finance/ Accounting system
