Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the commercial success of the company’s product
  • Be a product expert and the single point accountability for the commercial success of product portfolio and pipeline
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and accountable for commercial competitiveness of the product portfolio and pipeline
  • Work closely sales team to develop and visit key accounts, presenting at trade shows, and developing initiatives to grow business
  • Take the lead on product development life cycle by delivering and presenting new product business cases, collect requirements based on voice of customer, develop go-to-market strategies, launch products and engage in post-marketing surveillance
  • Accountable for developing and gaining approval for the strategic marketing plan which defines the strategy and tactical plan for achieving higher total customer satisfaction than the competition 

Experience requirements

  • 5+ years at manager level of product / sales in the life science, clinical research or diagnostics field with a proven track record of successful product launches and downstream marketing strategies
  • Experience in Oncology / Infectious Diseases / Obstetrics & Gynecology is a strong advantage
  • Good at English

Education requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters or higher degree, prefer in biology, molecular biology, molecular genetics, or a related discipline.
