Job summary

Key personnel to achieve the contingent staffing KPIs and targets for our strategic clients in the retail industry through effective leadership, excellent client and candidate relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set high standards in client and candidate experience through proper selection of candidates for clients, effective interviewing with candidates etc)
  • Build and lead a team of a recruiter in fulfilling contingent staffing needs for strategic clients of Adecco Vietnam
  • KPI tracking and ensure agreed KPIs with clients are met
  • Identify and anticipate recruitment needs of clients
  • Develop and manage talent attraction strategies including talent mapping etc
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Ensure that team is compliant to Adecco’s Sales & Associate Management Process
  • Analyze and assist Director in budget setting and monthly forecast for the branch

  • Experience in successfully managing a recruitment team or a proven recruiter looking to progress into management role within the Retail industry
  • Ability to coach, motivate and lead the team to success
