Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain efficient test suites by automating test scenarios in adherence to testing standards and best practices in automation.

·       Ensure availability of necessary test ware prior to test execution phase, including test cases, test data, environment setup, and tools.

·       Execute automated test cases, document results, and provide summary reports during project test phases.

·       Gain expertise in company product solutions through training, on-the-job experience, and other learning opportunities.

·       Perform initial analysis of incidents, track issues, and collaborate with stakeholders for informed resolution.

Upon gaining sufficient experience, additional responsibilities include:

·       Contributing to test practice improvement and knowledge sharing through collaboration, training, and community engagement.

·       Participate in test closure activities by providing feedback, documenting test packages, and contributing to documentation.

·       Support and advise clients on testing best practices and tools usage, including reviewing test packages and suggesting enhancements.

Interactions / Collaboration:

·       Typically supervised by senior Test Engineers or Test Leads.

·       Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across APAC offices.

·       Work with project teams to define and execute test strategies.

·       Report test issues to the Product team and ensure follow-up until resolution.

Experience requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

·       Fundamental understanding of Unix/Linux shell and SQL.

·       Proficient in English, both verbal and written, as the role necessitates interaction with global teams and counterparts.

·       Basic communication and presentation capabilities.

·       Curiosity and problem-solving orientation.
