Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly draft, review and amend contracts and other legal documents in Vietnamese, English or Chinese.
• Review and negotiate legal issues between departments
• Legal and regulatory advice in contract negotiations and general company issues.
• Provide advice on new and existing regulatory requirements; as well as evaluate the impact of those regulations
• Support other legal work or projects of the company as required.

Experience requirements

• Use all 4 skills well in Chinese or English.
• Have at least ２- 3 years of experience in a similar position as Legal Staff in manufacturing companies
• Graduated with a major in Law
