Job Responsibilities

The Legal Associate / Legal Assistant is responsible for contract matters of the company's entities in Vietnam

Drafting, providing advice on all contracts, especially customer and supplier contracts, and participating in negotiation discussions with customers and vendors where necessary.

Experience requirements

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and Holder of Legal Practicing Certificate.
