Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve Budget set and completing task assigned to Vietnam & Philippines by successfully manage the direct customers and distributors.
  • Operate sales activities in most cost-effective way and achieve maximum revenue. Support sales activities as required in the region or globally and manage within allocated expenses budget.
  • Co-ordinate Transfer Projects with according to “Fair Rewards” program guidelines.
  • Strategize sales plan and utilize global resources to penetrate Key Focus Customers.
  • Develop in-depth and sustainable customer relationships with company Key Accounts. Expand the network within the account and maintain company as primary solution provider.
  • Initiate unique requirement projects with R&D involvement. Co-ordinate these projects with Application Engineer to meet customer needs.
  • Timely update current market competition information to company Corporation internal team or by monthly updates.
  • Assist in developing & implementing Channel Partner Expectation & Goal setting with Distribution Management. Measure performance of each Channel Partner according to “Scorecard” and suggest for improvement plan when needed.
  • Provide technical support to Channel Partners and develop opportunities to achieve company growth objective.
  • Collaboration with Channel Partners to manage sales leads effectively, by follow up, review and feedback to company internal team timely.
  • Furbish Channel Partners’ salesman with company technology and product know-how. Effectively penetrate the target market, meet customers requirement, and close win opportunities.

Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing industry. Medical, electronics and sub-contracting business-related experience are advantageous
  • Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be advantageous.
  • Equipped with multitask, organization, critical thinking, excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant experience in managing industry distributors.

Education requirements

  • Obtained at least a degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.
