Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments for expenses like rent, utilities, and vendor services.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Procurement: Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 14001 standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Client Services: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Project Management: Assist with office relocations, refurbishments, and other projects.

Experience requirements

  • From 4 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of Computers and work with MS Office efficiently
  • Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness

Education requirements

  • University degree
