Job Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and comprehensive full-cycle recruiting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
• Gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Proactively source top talent through multiple channels, cultivating a strong network via market research, community engagement, and relationship management for both short- and long-term hiring needs.
• Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and job opportunities to attract top candidates.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and strategic projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date TA reports, leveraging data insights to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.

Experience requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in recruiting for a variety of positions
