Adecco's client - a global industrial product manufacturer with a strong establishment in Vietnam is looking for a Technical Manager to join their manufacturing team

Job Responsibilities

• The Technical Manager will oversee the technical operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes managing production processes, ensuring product quality, improving efficiency, and maintaining equipment. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in tire manufacturing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous production and innovation.
• Manage the day-to-day technical operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for equipment and production issues.
• Collaborate with R&D to implement new technologies and product innovations.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical management, preferably in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
