Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • To take full control of all Sales activities in Vietnam
  • To lead the local team of highly motivated Sales Executives with a clear focus on continuous growth and adherence to company rules and guidelines
  • To work closely with relevant departments to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
  • To have a clear focus on profitability in combination with volume growth
  • To establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
  • To closely monitor the achievement of targets as set by the organization and to strive for continuous improvement of the sales team in Vietnam
  • To issue monthly reports to the General Manager in Vietnam
  • To implement new sales strategies as announced by the organization and to measure/monitor the success of such implementations
  • To visit customers, especially key customers, on a regular basis
  • To participate in events, and exhibitions to present and promote the company
  • To independently handle all local and international customer inquiries/tenders and to ensure an on-time and complete response

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics (Preferable global companies)
  • Experienced in sales strategy
  • Sales oriented, commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese


Education requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/Foreign Trade/Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management and shipping.
