Job Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Client Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on product categories, offering both style-related and technical advice to clients while supporting team members with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Serve as a trusted style advisor by assessing clients’ preferences and making tailored product recommendations.
  • Actively contribute as a team player, engaging in activities that align with the overall store objectives.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand and product offerings.
  • Uphold Our client's brand standards in terms of grooming, behavior, and professional conduct.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Proactive Support for Team Managers in Cultivating a Client-Centric Approach

  • Act as an ambassador and role model for the product category, showcasing genuine enthusiasm and a strong awareness of market competition.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned product category to handle complex client requests with confidence.
  • Support Team Managers in driving business growth and play a key role in achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure optimal product presentation and category visibility.

Store Support & Category Leadership

  • Serve as a key reference for the assigned product category within the store, sharing product passion and inspiring colleagues.
  • Partner with the Fashion Consultant Trainer (FCT) to enhance selling skills and product knowledge across the store team.

  • Persuasiveness, with the ability to soothe unhappy customers and to persuade them to retain services or make further purchases
  • Fluent in English
