Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies for the medical equipment sector through direct sales channels.
  • Identify, develop new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, clinic chains, aesthetic centers, dermatology clinics, etc.
  • Negotiate, consult, close contracts, and support customers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure business efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, proposing appropriate business strategies.
  • Be responsible for sales targets, planning, and reporting business performance to the Board of Directors.

Experience requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with strong experience in direct sales; good network with Dermatologist and Aesthetic Doctor as a plus


Skills

  • Proficiency in English
  • Leadership skills, team building, and management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong network in the beauty industry as an advantage.
  • Willing to travel when required
