Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic admissions, marketing & retention plans.
  • Overseeing all customer touchpoint process to ensure a positive experience for (prospective)
  • students and parents.
  • Leading marketing efforts to promote the school’s brand and reputation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Leading parent engagement with the school to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing and admissions initiatives, leading admissions processes, recruitment, and evaluation of prospective students in a dynamic international K-12 environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to work, inspiring and motivating others within the team.
  • Integrity: Maintains the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions, building trust and respect with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with others, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation across the organization.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
