Mission: Increase network business and profitability through:
- Implementation of the MSC (Service Center) and MTSC (Technical Service Center) standard operational procedures
- Support deployment of MSC/ MTSC brand activities (promotion, corporate communication, positioning)
Main Activities:
1. Durable partners shop development:
a) Implement and achieve the number of durable partner shops objective, to ensure the leadership on both quantity and qualitative objectives
b) Deploy the working process and methodology, negotiation, and business plan per POS definition, contracting, and follow-up actions.
c) Support prospective new candidates and set up new dealers
2. Support business development
a) Responsible for the shop business result (all business sell-out results) by monthly review of the selected shop (TOP 20) shop regarding key operation indicators and defining action plan with the shop owner for further business improvement.
b) Fully monitor and control SOA and sell-out volume of products.
3. Level of service:
a) Take the initiative to be an expert on retail shop daily operations and key technical skills in each category of business
b) Develop and implement SOPs, technical and commercial training
c) During the daily visits, present on-site follow-up audit and business result analysis with shop owners and take immediate actions for improvement
d) Responsible for the shop audit and consumer satisfaction results on service quality at the shop level. Define an improvement action plan if needed
4. Business Alliances
a) Identify and develop a potential business aligned with the brand's image and concept.
b) Improve turnover and profitability with business alliance products and services
c) Increase the professionalism of service offered by organization network through partnership with business alliance
5. Branding
a) Support in his/ her area of influence the implementation of the branding strategy and activities locally
b) Support in his/ her area of activity the implementation of national exclusive promotions/ support to the network and the branding activities.
