Job summary

Job Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Site Manager will take full ownership of production operations at the site, managing all aspects from manufacturing performance and cost control to equipment reliability and quality assurance. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to deliver results aligned with the company's short-, medium-, and long-term strategies.


1. Production Management

  • Lead all production activities to achieve targets for output, quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to optimize resources and capacity.
  • Oversee production flow and standards compliance, promptly identifying and addressing any quality or operational issues.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production data, propose continuous improvement initiatives, and drive lean manufacturing practices.

2. Compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES) Standards

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and health practices across the production facility.
  • Implement preventative measures and emergency response protocols to mitigate operational risks.
  • Monitor security operations to safeguard employees, assets, and information.
  • Promote environmental responsibility through waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead SHES incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and foster a proactive safety culture.


Experience requirements

  • 5–7 years of site management experience in manufacturing, preferably within the beverage or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production management, warehouse operations, SHES regulations, and security practices.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
