Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with global and regional sales operation standards to maintain consistency and efficiency across processes and systems.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sales programs within the country, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and sustainable.
  • Roll out standardized sales processes and tools to the sales team, ensuring full adoption and adherence to reporting and performance metrics.
  • Implement a structured sales performance evaluation system to support Sales Managers in coaching and developing their teams.
  • Lead the implementation of a CRM or Sales Force Automation system, in collaboration with the regional team, ensuring daily usage and proper tracking of sales activities to maximize its value.
  • Partner with Commercial and Planning teams to assess, plan, and deploy the right sales resources in line with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Provide regular updates to regional and local leadership on sales performance trends and program effectiveness.
  • Drive initiatives that improve sales efficiency and help the team meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote a high-performance culture centered on service quality, operational flexibility, and cost awareness.
  • Identify skill gaps, support training initiatives, and create development plans for team members to build a strong, motivated salesforce.
  • Establish and track KPIs for individuals and the overall team to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or senior sales management, ideally within food ingredients, FMCG, or trading sectors.
  • Solid understanding of sales workflows, with hands-on experience in sales or customer management.
  • Strong analytical and system implementation skills, preferably with CRM/other relevant tools.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior management and leading change initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
