Job summary

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Orientation

  • Establish and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, analyze performance data, and present reports to the General Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing within the scope of delegated authority to ensure competitive offerings.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, trends, products, and partnerships, particularly in the Southern region.
  • Maintain and expand partnerships with existing clients to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Promote new products and trends to secure new business opportunities and market penetration.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and explore additional opportunities for collaboration.

3. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop strategic goals and objectives to facilitate business growth and market expansion.
  • Plan and implement operational changes to support strategic initiatives and improve efficiency.
  • Propose sales strategies and budgets for the Southern region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Create quarterly and annual sales income and expense plans to guide financial planning and resource allocation.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within global companies.
  • Exhibit strong competencies in communication, negotiation, and project management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Proficient in designing PowerPoint presentations and communicating in English.
  • Exemplify excellent time management and coordination skills.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and handling challenging situations adeptly.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution, such as Foreign Trade University or Economic University.
