Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers in Vietnam and Cambodia
  • Follow up on warranty claims and provide timely support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites
  • Develop, update, and translate technical training materials (English, Vietnamese, and Chinese)
  • Build and manage a customer service database
  • Provide on-ground support during customer events and product launches
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by the technical service team


Experience requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer (preferably in the bicycle industry)
  • Strong knowledge of bicycle components and mechanics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Willing to travel frequently across Vietnam and Cambodia

Language Requirements

  • English: TOEIC 800+ or Speaking TOEIC 160+
  • Chinese: Native speaker or HSK Level 5 – able to read documents, watch training videos, write, and deliver presentations fluently


Education requirements

  • Diploma or higher in a technical or engineering field
