Adecco's client is a global industrial solutions provider in search of a highly qualified Contract Manager to manage technical solutions and customer satisfaction on site. 

Job Responsibilities

  • The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving issues and implementing customer relationship management strategies.
  • It involves managing technical and operational challenges, developing improvement plans, and driving business growth at the HPDQ site.
  • Key responsibilities include annual and inventory planning, monitoring refractory costs, ensuring stock control efficiency, and overseeing on-site operations for quality, performance, and safety.
  • The role also includes setting objectives, analyzing market trends, expanding market share, and introducing new products.
  • Additionally, it requires leading and mentoring a team to achieve company goals, maintain sales volume, and ensure overall customer and organizational satisfaction.

Experience requirements

  • Prior experience in working in site operation (production/plant) & project management 
  • Must have 5-10 years previous managerial experience in heavy industries 
  • Good Understanding of Product Manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in English & Vietnamese.
  • Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
  • Self-learning.
  • Must have a positive can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to work with senior level management, corporate, in addition to technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Self-directed, motivated and a strong team player. Strong leadership, organizational, anticipatory and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Handle customer complaints

Education requirements

  • University degree or post graduate in Metallurgical engineering/ Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
