Job Responsibilities
HR Strategic Planning & Operations Management
- Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term HR strategies and annual plans that align with company goals.
- Evaluate current HR practices, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Establish and oversee the execution of HR policies within the organization.
- Maintain and update SOPs, organizational structures, HR forms, and related documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor HR team members to optimize their performance and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present monthly HR reports to the Board of Directors.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Design and implement annual recruitment strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing and resource utilization.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent based on business needs and market conditions.
Compensation, Benefits & Incentive Programs
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with social, health, and unemployment insurance regulations.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Design and refine HR incentive programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Continuously monitor and optimize incentive programs for effectiveness.
- Oversee social, medical, and unemployment insurance processes and reporting.
- Manage visa and work permit procedures for expatriate employees.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with employment laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication.
HR Metrics, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment costs) to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive HR reports to management, offering insights and recommendations.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Fintech, Banking, Insurance, or IT industry. Experience in setting up a new office is a plus.
- Extensive expertise in Organizational Development.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Korean or Japanese is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education requirements
- Bachelor of Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
