Job summary
Our client specializes in end-to-end project services, optimizing the equipment supply chain for the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and plans in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to meet business needs.
- Establish and optimize systems for compensation, performance management, training, and development to enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage labor relations, resolve employee conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Promote organizational culture and enhance employee engagement and cohesion.
- Administrative Management
- Oversee administrative functions, including office environment management, vendor coordination, and logistical support.
- Develop and refine administrative processes to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
- HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development
Experience requirements
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in recruitment and training, can build recruitment and training systems from the beginning
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
