Job summary
Our client - a newly set up business is looking for a HRBP to join their company in Ho Chi Minh city
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Management:
- Lead and execute recruitment efforts for various positions based on the company’s business needs,
- Work closely with business departments to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies and plans to optimize hiring processes.
Employee Relations Management:
- Support day-to-day employee relations management, ensuring that employee concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and complaints
- Regularly track employee satisfaction, assist in organizing relevant activities to improve employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
Organizational Optimization and Development:
- Assist in optimizing the organizational structure based on the company’s growth and needs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide support during organizational changes, helping to solve practical challenges and improve team effectiveness.
- Participate in internal promotions and job rotations, ensuring fairness and transparency in talent movement.
Talent Development Support:
- Offer suggestions and support for talent development based on departmental needs and assist in organizing role-specific training.
- Collaborate with departmental management to help define employee career development plans and support their growth.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics and employee turnover, providing related analysis reports to support management decision-making
- Regularly assess recruitment outcomes and employee satisfaction, refining recruitment and employee relations strategies as needed.
Experience requirements
- 3+ years of HRBP or human resources management experience, with hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in an internet or startup environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, talent assessment methods, and basic employee relations management.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
