Job summary
Adecco's client is a leading Packaging company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Admin Officer to support the Production Manager in administrative coordination, operations monitoring, data management, and compliance tracking with production systems. The role aims to improve operational efficiency and lighten the administrative workload of the Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Aggregate, update, and monitor daily production reports.
- Collect and summarize weekly and monthly reports (finished product output, waste, labor resources, energy usage, labor safety, etc.).
- Update documents related to sales orders and article numbers in compliance with customer requirements (e.g., Process Schemes, Flowcharts, PRA).
- Review data filled by operators and team leaders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain production documents and data systematically.
- Track production staff records, including attendance, disciplinary actions, achievements, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor production consumption (electricity, water, stationery) to minimize waste; manage and allocate supplies.
- Support procurement proposals and follow up on purchasing and inventory status.
- Monitor compliance with production standards (5S, safety, quality, environmental systems).
- Assist in tracking and following up on task assignments across departments as directed.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and send reminders.
- Gather and compile information from departments as needed.
- Manage internal communications, screening and transferring information appropriately.
- Draft internal reports, communications, and documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production administration, assistant roles, or standard monitoring.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Effective communication skills, able to coordinate with different levels of staff.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and reliability.
- Ability to start immediately is an advantage.
Education requirements
- College or University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
