We're looking for Senior Accountant position, who is responsible for :

  • Reporting process and tax report.
  • Ensuring the provision of efficient transaction processing in conformance with company policies, IFRS and internal controls.
  • Completeness to provide the foundation for management, statutory and group reporting.
  • To follow the values and mission of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data input in Accounting system and ensure all data complied with all statutory requirements in Vietnam
  • Check AR proforma invoices, documents to comply with rules and law.
  • Prepare tax report (VAT, FCT, CIT) and support tax process with other team members.
  • Maintain the chart of account, update monthly a full reconciled general ledger in order to maintain efficient financial accounting operations and to meet all internal and external requirements.
  • Liaise with our Financial Manager and Assistant Finace Manager to improve financial procedures.
  • Ensure that all company reports are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide information for standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Coordinate with External Auditor for ad-hoc and year-end audit.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required from Finance Manager.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Good in English.
  • Excellent in Excel / Accounting Software / Microsoft Office.

  • Proven Track record in Services/ FMCG environment
  • Strong of tax knowledge
