Job summary

Adecco’s client is a FDI company specializing in advanced power transmission and distribution solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Update regulations:

• Updating new regulations/treatments from the accounting/ tax office/ Headquarters andother competent offices for accounting team/related departments.
• Issue/update/revise accounting regulations as instructed by accounting manager.

Account receivable:

• Checking AR and AR overdue and coordinating with the departments for on-timecollection.
• Preparing AR reports (by term, by businesses, …)
• Contact the departments for any matters related to AR.

Reports:

• To learn new requirements and do the required reports.
• To create and follow any management reports as required by Groupmanager/Accounting manager.
• To support accounting manager in financial analysis and control (under instructions andcurrent practices)
  • Analyze data and processes to identify trends, anomalies, and areas ofimprovement, focusing on inventory management and expenses….
  • Monitor costs through root cause analysis, addressing variances and potentialcost leakage.
  • Develop and maintain a reporting suite to track key cost.
  • Conduct monthly reports, plans, and forecasts of stock levels and cost, providingvariance analysis and insights.
• Other responsibilities: Any others as required by the managers.

Experience requirements

• Good at English communication and writing (priority)
• Logical thinking, and problem-solving skills (priority)
• 3 -5 years’ experience in Foreign companies. Preferred if experiencing in consulting/auditcompanies or practicing in writing accounting/taxation advice/policies.
• Well-understanding VAS, IFRS (preferable), tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Ability to quickly learn related regulations and utilize information in written reports
• Good knowledge of accounting software, MS Office applications.
