Job Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments for expenses like rent, utilities, and vendor services.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Procurement: Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 14001 standards.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Client Services: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Project Management: Assist with office relocations, refurbishments, and other projects.
Experience requirements
- From 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Computers and work with MS Office efficiently
- Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness
Education requirements
- University degree
