Automation Commissioning Engineer (Software)

Job summary

Our client is a newly-established engineering consultancy firm in rotating machinery & control systems looking for experienced Automation Engineer to join their team

Job Responsibilities

• Engineering of measurement and control technology (instrumentation, controls, valves, controls, security systems, surveillance systems, etc.) based on extensive customer specifications
• Extensive programming of PLCs and configuration of other dedicated controllers
• Documentation preparation for job-related software and documentation
• Implementation of commissioning
• Failure analysis and troubleshooting for control cabinets in the company's own test center and on site

Experience requirements

• Software knowledge in Automation Software tools like PCS7, Step7 WinCC or equivalent
• Good analytical and structured way of working
• Team spirit, diplomatic skills and self-confidence 

Education requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education, preferably in the fields of process engineering, automation, mechanical engineering
