Job summary

Our client, a global printing leader is looking for Business Development Specialist - to Conduct Outbound Lead Generation, Inbound TLG qualification to qualify all leads assigned from Digital Marketing efforts, Execute Other Marketing Duties

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute tele lead gen campaigns as part of Vertical Market Penetration efforts, new product launch support, and other commercial activities
  • Navigate to decision maker within a site / company that is responsible for coding and marking
  • Conduct number of dials and calls at or above daily target
  • Generate sales ready leads and verify contacts of decision makers at or above target
  • Assign Sales Ready Leads to Channel Partners / direct sales team.
  • Follow up with Channel Partners / direct sales team if the Sales Ready Lead is viable or cancelled and promptly input/update data into Salesforce.com.
  • Execute established data maintenance process to improve and refresh the database
  • Contact to customers/prospects/suspects
  • Identify / reconfirm key contacts for a given site
  • Qualify suspects procured from third parties (acquired lists)
  • Ensure accurate data entry for all Prospect / Customer contact information in SFDC
  • Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on quality of telephone script and potential improvements to increase conversion
  • Execute against established processes and call scripts to qualify if it’s a Sales Ready Lead.
  • Assign Sales Ready Leads / other inquiries to Channel Partners / direct sales team.
  • Follow up with Channel Partners / direct sales team if the Sales Ready Lead is viable or cancelled and promptly input/update data into Salesforce.com.


Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in outbound lead generation, ideally within a sales or marketing capacity
  • Proven experience in qualifying leads, navigating to decision-makers, and identifying key contacts within organizations
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to ensure lead quality and viability

Education requirements

University degree or equivalent qualification
