Job summary
Adecco's Client, a Start-up Company of Producer, Content Creation and Promotion of Entertainment Products on Digital Platforms is recruiting for position of CEO Assistant in Hanoi.
Job Responsibilities
As the CEO Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Support strategic planning
- Advise the CEO on developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization's overall objectives.
- Conduct necessary research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
Manage and oversee project implementation
- Directly manage and supervise assigned projects to ensure progress, quality, and optimal resource utilization according to plan.
- Anticipate and take measures to address potential risks during implementation.
Handle internal and external relations
- Act as a liaison ensuring effective communication between the CEO and company departments, helping decisions, information, initiatives etc. be communicated promptly and smoothly.
- Support the CEO or directly represent and handle welcoming, working with partners, suppliers, government agencies.
- Seek, build and promote good cooperative relationships, expand business opportunities and potential.
Provide administrative support
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging and coordinating appointments, events as required to ensure efficiency and rationality.
- Prepare and process presentation materials, meeting agendas, reports and action plans requiring follow-up after meetings.
Ensure compliance
- Closely monitor issues and ensure all operations comply strictly with laws and company regulations and procedures.
- Have plans and contingencies to address and mitigate operational and legal risks.
Perform other assigned tasks
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the CEO to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
Experience requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as Senior Executive Assistant (to CEO, Chairman) or in roles like Business Development, Marketing, Project Management etc.
Education requirements
- University degree or higher in Economics/Business Administration, Marketing, Diplomacy or equivalent.
- Preference for graduates from diplomacy, foreign trade, national economics, RMIT schools or those with overseas study/work experience.
