Job summary

Job Responsibilities
- Set and implement customer service goals, policies, and KPIs.
- Lead customer care activities, resolve complaints, and drive satisfaction.
- Organize conferences, reward programs, and events (online & offline).
- Manage internal & external communication channels (website, social media, POSM).
- Ensure branding consistency and handle crisis communication.
- Collaborate on internal events and cross-departmental messaging.
Experience requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in customer service management or similar roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in event management and communication strategy.
- Fluent in English; willing to travel.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field.
