Job summary

A foreign invested manufacturing company specialized in agriculture

Job Responsibilities

  • Set and implement customer service goals, policies, and KPIs.
  • Lead customer care activities, resolve complaints, and drive satisfaction.
  • Organize conferences, reward programs, and events (online & offline).
  • Manage internal & external communication channels (website, social media, POSM).
  • Ensure branding consistency and handle crisis communication.
  • Collaborate on internal events and cross-departmental messaging.

Experience requirements


  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service management or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in event management and communication strategy.
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field.
