Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the customer service department.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Develop goals to achieve customer satisfaction and assign tasks to employees in the department to achieve those goals.
  • Evaluate the quality of service and prepare a detailed report to report to the management.
  • Train customer service staff, customer service staff.
  • Develop annual customer service improvement programs
  • Manage the department's budge

Experience requirements

  • Have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience in positions related to sales, sales, customer care and customer service.
  • Experience in the position of Head of Department/Head of Customer Service from 1, 2 years.
  • Especially, experience in working at large-scale restaurants and hotels, 4-5 stars
  • Agile, good communication, good looks.

Education requirements

  • Graduated from Colleges/Universities in all disciplines.
  • Priority:
  • Qualifications: candidates graduated in Public Relations, English Language, Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Able to use English or Korean fluently
