Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the customer service department.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Develop effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
- Develop goals to achieve customer satisfaction and assign tasks to employees in the department to achieve those goals.
- Evaluate the quality of service and prepare a detailed report to report to the management.
- Train customer service staff, customer service staff.
- Develop annual customer service improvement programs
- Manage the department's budge
Experience requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience in positions related to sales, sales, customer care and customer service.
- Experience in the position of Head of Department/Head of Customer Service from 1, 2 years.
- Especially, experience in working at large-scale restaurants and hotels, 4-5 stars
- Agile, good communication, good looks.
Education requirements
- Graduated from Colleges/Universities in all disciplines.
- Priority:
- Qualifications: candidates graduated in Public Relations, English Language, Business Administration, Marketing.
- Able to use English or Korean fluently
