Customs Supervisor

A new opportunity has just risen in a multinational electronics manufacturer with its presence all over the world

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods & Non-Commercial Freight.
• Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs declarations, liquidation must as well as any other Customs related topics.
• Make customs finalization yearly report.
• Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
• Solid understanding of customs regulations for EPE is a must.
• Handle self-registration customs declaration for import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with Planning department / Customers / Vendors / Suppliers to prepare shipping documents and closely follow up to ensure the delivery without issues or additional costs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Local / Regional / Global Regulations, Standards and Rules set by Internal and External bodies and authorities.
• Manage all customs staffs.
• Report to local General Manager and Global Logistics Director.

Experience requirements

• Experience in using SAP system.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at the same position
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable to work in a multi-national environment
• English proficiency: Fluent

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of logistic, Supply chain, and related field.
